Paul brings over 35 years of experience in childcare and education to Kids’ League. After earning his M.Ed. from Boston College and teaching in Newton and Andover Public Schools, he became Site Director in 1997 and Owner in 2000. He is passionate about investing his experience and leadership into the children and families of Kids’ League.
As a member of the Noland family, Carol has helped shape Kids’ League for almost 30 years. She oversees after-school clubs, the summer program, and staff development. Having homeschooled her seven children through high school, she is passionate about making learning fun and meaningful for every child.
As part of the Noland family, Sarah grew up attending Kids’ League and is proud to now serve as Director. Since joining the staff in 2011, she has been committed to preserving the heart and culture that make KL special. Her lifelong connection and genuine care for every child and family make her a true anchor at Kids’ League

Jenni brings over 15 years of experience working with children, from leading summer camps to teaching English abroad. Since returning home in 2020, she has combined her love for communication and creativity with her passion for working with kids. She brings energy, warmth, and a wide range of skills to the Kids’ League team.

Tori has lived in Westford for nine years and has cared for children her whole life. She loves making kids smile and laugh and brings patience, dependability, and heart to the Kids’ League team. Being at KL feels like having the siblings she never had.
Gabriela started working at the Kids’ League in March 2023. She has always
loved kids and has nannied for over 10 years, gaining a lot of experience with
children of all ages. Her favorite part about working at the KL is being able
to build a relationship with each child, getting to know them
and helping them grow.
