Paul brings more than 35 years of experience in education and childcare to Kids’ League. After earning his M.Ed. from Boston College and teaching in the Newton and Andover Public Schools, Paul became Site Director of Kids' League in 1997 and Owner in 2000.
For Paul, Kids' League has always been about more than children. He is passionate about creating a place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow, while giving families a community they can depend on.
Carol has helped shape Kids' League for nearly 30 years, bringing a hands-on approach to the programs and experiences children enjoy each day. She oversees after-school clubs, summer programming, and staff development, helping ensure Kids' League continues to offer engaging and meaningful opportunities for every child.
As a mother who homeschooled her seven children through high school, Carol brings a unique perspective and lifelong passion for education. She believes learning should be fun, engaging, and meaningful-and that every child should have the opportunity to discover, create and grow.
Sarah truly grew up at Kids' League. Founded by her parents, Kids' League became her second home from the time she was little. She learned the program from the ground up, working in nearly every role before stepping into her position as Director.
Today, some of Sarah's staff are even former Kids' League kids she once cared for-a special reminder of the lasting relationships and sense of family that have been part of the Kids' League for nearly 30 years.
Jenni
Site Coordinator
Jenni has been part of the Kids' League family for 5 years, but her experience working with children started long before that! She began helping in her church's children's room when she was just 12, volunteered at summer day camps, and continued working with children throughout college.
After graduating, Jenni spent 4 years living in Jinan, Shandong, China, where she taught children ages 3-12 to speak, read, and write English.
Jenni believes what makes Kids' League so special is our staff and how much they genuinely care about every child and getting to know each one individually and helping make their time here fun, meaningful, and memorable.
Gabriela (Gabi)

Tess joined the Kids' League in June of 2025, after graduating from college.
She brings many years of experience working with children of all ages in various recreational settings including, summer camps and children's theatre.
She loves getting engaged in group activities with the children, especially through arts and crafts, music and creative building challenges.
Tess has introduced improv theatre games to many of the kids at the Kids' League. Her goal is to help bring a fun, creative and supportive environment where every child feels safe, celebrated and included.
Gabriela joined Kids' League in March 2023 and brings more than 10 years of experience working with children. In addition to her role at Kids' League, she is in her second year working at Day Elementary School in Westford, giving her an even stronger connection to the children and families in our community.
Now serving as Lead Teacher and Assistant Site Coordinator, Gabriela loves building meaningful relationships with each child, getting to know them as individuals, and helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
Her favorite part of Kids' League is creating a place where children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to be themselves.

Dani grew up in Westford and has always had a heart for working with children. Her passion for supporting kids led her to pursue a career working with them, and she loves being part of the Kids’ League community.
Dani brings a joyful, animated energy to the program and has a natural ability to connect with children. Her empathetic and caring personality helps kids feel understood, supported, and excited to be at Kids’ League.

Rose is excited to be part of the Kids League of Westford team! She loves working with children and creating a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where they can learn, play, and be themselves.
She especially enjoys getting involved in crafts, outdoor activities, games, and helping children explore their creativity and independence.
Outside of Kids League, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, mountain biking, getting creative with DIY projects, and traveling
Rachel has been part of the Kids' League team for about 3 years. She loves working with the kids, making them laugh, and helping them feel welcomed and loved.
She also loves watching their personalities come out, helping them grow, and become the best versions of themselves.
Outside of Kids' League, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, finding new things to do, and always learning something new for herself.
