It is a state regulations that parents must check their children out:

1. Go to the Child Pilot Parent Portal

2. Check your child/ren out.

3. Staff will bring children to the designated pick-up area.

4. If your child doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, please message us.

Please enter through the car line, CHECK-IN your child using Child Pilot.

A staff member will be there to take your child inside.

Our general drop-off time is from 8:00am-9:00am. We strongly encourage you to have your children at the KL by 9:00am. This is very important as we are trying to get our day going with the kids.

If for any reason you come after 9:00am, please enter through the car line and walk to the KL front door and ring the bell to find a staff member. If there isn’t a staff member in the office, call the phone number on the door and we will come to let you in.

There is also a snack shack that has some goodies. We encourage the parents to send the kids in with around $5 so they can get a treat for themselves.

Yes, but they must be on your authorized pick-up list in ChildPilot. When they arrive, they can call us at (978) 692-6733 if needed. We’re happy to help if you have any difficulty.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by marking your child absent on ChildPilot or messaging us through the app.

 Yes. A $10 finder’s fee applies if you do not notify us by 10:00 AM on a summer day.

Children must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1 per minute applies after 6:00 PM, based on the sign-out time in ChildPilot.

If you need to add or switch a day, please email info@kidsleaguewestford.com and we will try to accommodate as much as possible!

✓ Backpack/Bag to hold their items (all items MUST be labeled)

✓ A lunch- to keep lunches cold, we recommend that ice packs be included with the children’s lunches. To keep food warm, we recommend the use of an insulated Thermos container

✓ 2 snacks- for the morning and afternoon

✓ Refillable water bottle labeled with your child’s name

✓ Swimsuit and towel for water activities (all items MUST be labeled)

✓ Younger campers, or campers who are at risk of having accidents, should have an extra set of clothes available in their backpack (all items MUST be labeled)

✓ Apply sunscreen SPF 15 or higher to your child each morning (KL will reapply in the afternoon).

✓Appropriate clothing for playing and weather

✓Comfortable shoes for playing and running

On Thursday send your child to the KL with $5.00 for an ice cream treat from the Ice Cream Truck!

We also have a Venmo account if you would like to pay for the ice cream digitally.

The 5–7-year-old children will be in a group on the 2nd floor.

The 8–12-year-old children will be in a group on the lower level.

In each group, the children will be divided into a smaller team so they can have quality time with their friends and teachers.

Please place everything in a plastic shopping bag with their name on it. 

No refunds will be given for absence, illness, change of plans, or vacations. Summer payment reserves your child’s spot. There will be no reimbursement for days that a child is sick, on vacation, or absent for any other reason
