Parents are required by the state of Massachusetts to sign their children out at the end of each day. We ask that you sign your children out on the Child Pilot App when you pick them up at the end of the day to comply with the state regulations. If you have any difficulty, we would be happy to help you. The Child Pilot App is available to the parents/guardians of the child. If you have someone else picking up your child, they must be on your authorized pick-up list. When they have arrived, they can call League (978) 692-6733. You can manage your authorized pick-up list directly on Child Pilot.

The After School Program requires a $35 Registration Fee per family. Monthly statements are posted on the 1st of each month. If you are not enrolled in Auto-Pay, payment is expected by the 10th of the month, and a $10 late payment fee will be applied to your account.

Children should bring a snack to eat upon arrival at the Kids’ League. Younger children or those at risk of accidents should have an extra set of clothes in their backpack.

The Kids’ League has a staffed homework room on each level. Please let us know if you would like your child to start their homework at the Kids’ League. The Kids’ League will facilitate your child getting their homework started, however we cannot guarantee their homework will be completed at the Kids’ League due to the limited time.

Parents are expected to pick up their children from the Kids’ League by 6:00 PM. Parents arriving after 6:00 PM will be charged $1.00 for every minute late, calculated from 6:00 PM. Late fees will be determined by the sign-out time

1.    Advance Notice Requirement: Any requests for schedule reductions or withdrawals must be submitted at least one month (30 days) in advance. 2.    Billing Adjustments: Adjustments to billing will take effect at the start of the following month after the request is received, in accordance with Kids’ League policy. 3.    Schedule Additions: Requests to add days or programs may be accommodated immediately, based on availability.

Vacation Weeks All vacation weeks will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis at an extra cost. Rates can be requested at any time. To reserve a spot, you must make a reservation through Child Pilot payment is required to reserve the spot.

No school days and early release days will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis at no extra cost for after school families who attend from 1-5 days per week.   To reserve a spot, you must make a reservation through Child Pilot.   As a state-licensed program, we must follow strict staff-to-child ratios, so space is limited.   Reservations received after the communicated deadline will incur a $25 late fee.

Absent Children on No School and Early Release Days  We ask that parents let us know 24 hours in advance if their child will be absent. You can mark your child absent on child pilot or message the Kids’ League through Child Pilot. There is a $10 finder’s fee if you do not call or email the Kids’ League by 10am the day they are absent.
